NCS The Logistic Accounts is a complete and professional software for the logistics industry. We have fulfilled all the requirements of logistics. You can give access to your accountant and manager to maintain your accounting in collaboration with specifically defined access rules for data and tools.

Where are you right now!

You can view trial balance of any date, all types of ledger (receivables, payables, expenses etc.) within date range. The Profit/Loss statement which is also called Income Statement is also available. The Balance sheet can be obtained on the monthly basis.

Manages all your books at once

Because of its efficient accounting skills you don’t have to take care of cross (debit/credit) entries. Debit or credit entry posted in any one book will automatically be posted in all other books.
The searching of challans and bilties is also very easy. You can perform search by Bilty No, Chalan No, Truck No and Client Name.

Know what you have to focus on

Keeps track of your challans which have arrived from other stations. Deliver them easily and promptly. After delivery you can bill them instantly or later on.

No worry if you don’t exactly remember the previous rates for a client

With simple but many bilti searching options you can get all the information of previous transactions and deals with certain client.

Back up your data on Cloud!

You can also check your bilti and chalan online any time anywhere. The search can be done by city, client or booking station.

Masked (Branded) SMS Notifications!

The system can generate SMS alerts for your customers regarding the booking of their goods. It can also generates the greeting messages for your customers.

User Security

You can define rights for each user. This system can be used by five user at one time.


Can I use this software on more than one station at the same time?

You can not use this software on more then one stattion at the same time. But If you want to view all stations data from different stations or cities then you have to have a domain name and webhostingfacility. When using it on more than one station you will need to pay an extra amount for each station. Monthly service charges may also apply. All information can be viewed on the internet, together or separate (Together all branches or seperate one branch each).
What are the steps in using the TLA (Delivery)?

The information is entered in the system in the following order.
– Add Cities Name
– Add Clients Name (With Mobile numbers – Optional)
– Enter chalan of the goods received at your station
– At the time of goods delivery make the bills
– Receive amount entry – Bill wise ( You can receive the bills in part or full)
– Enter Payments to Truck Driver
– Enter all expenses in the voucher entry
– Enter Cash Vouchers, Bank Vouchers
After feeding all above information, your all accounting ledgers and reports are ready to view or print
In which language can we print bill?

You can print bills in two languages:
Urdu
English
Can we view the reports without printing them?

You can view all the reports or bills before printing them.
Can we view clients goods delivery by cities?

The bilties can be viewed by city. You can also search bilties of a day, month or year.
Can we search bilties of one customer?

Yes, bilties of one customer can be searched by date, month, year or city. You can also check that which goods are arrived from different destinations.
Can we search challans of a city?

You can search challan of any city. The search can be narrowed by selecting sender or receiver also.
How can we view the bilties of one sender?

We can view sender bilties from bilty search screen. You can use bilti option to view sender or receiver bilties. You can also filter on city or date.
Can we send SMS alerts to our customers?

You can send SMS alerts to your customer. Each SMS is sent to customer with your company name. This is also called branded SMS.
What is masking? Can we use masking with SMS?

SMS masking is a system in which the company name is send to sms receiver. The masking is provided by all network providers. They also charge extra amount for this service. Beside this they also have the limit of sms per day or per month.
Can we search any particular challan?

Any chalan can be searched by date, truck number or bilti number. You can also search challan by part bilty number.
Do we need a separate keyboard for urdu typing?

No, you don’t need a separate keyboard for urdu typing. An urdu keyboard driver is installed in the computer. This driver works with english keyboard. You can change your keyboard from english to urdu by using special keys.

Getting started with NCS Apple Account (simple 12 steps)

  1. To start using NCS Apple Account please play the video “Item Coding (# 1)”. The video will guide you throughout the software for item coding.
  2. After doing ITEM CODING, play the video “Account Coding (# 2)”. This video will provide all the required details for doing account coding in the NCS Apple Account.
  3. In the above steps, you have done all the basic entries in the software, now the software and you are ready to maintain your sales, purchases, stock, bank and party accounts.
  4. When using the software first time, first, you have to record purchase entries. To enter purchases, play video “Purchase Entry (# 3)”.
  5. After recording purchases a can record sales. To record reel sales, play video “Sales Entry (# 4)”.
  6. Well, now its time to recover some money and record payments. To record cash payment/receipt, please play video “Cash Voucher Entry (# 5)”.
  7. To manage bank payments in NCS Apple Account play video, “Bank Voucher Entry (# 6)”.
  8. If you want to select credit and debit account by yourself, you can do so by using journal voucher. To make a journal voucher entry play the video "Journal Voucher Entry (# 7)".
  9. The boss is here and he wants to take few reports from the software. So, to generate any report from the software kindly play the video “Reports (# 8)”.
  10. Have an entry unposted in their corresonding accounts? To understand and to some maintenance tasks, play the video "Maintenance Tasks (# 9)".
  11. Well, after all the basics, its time to go some deep. Let's understand the administration sector of the software. For that, play the video "Admin Task (# 10)".
  12. This one step is for special cases. In case, your boss wants few of your colleagues be restricted to their only job and not to mess other one's. The video "User Rights (# 11)" will guide you to set the user rights for specific users.

The Demo software my install or change the following settings on your computer

  • It may install some of the MS Office components (This installation may take 20-30 minutes)
  • Install Urdu Fonts
  • Install Urdu Keyboard
  • Changes the windows date format to DD-MMM-YY, if it was other then that
  • Installs NCS Register Software
  • Install TLA Delivery software

The disk space shall be required on C: and D : partition. (The software shall not install if there is no D drive on HardDisk)
NOTE 1-The software Admin password is TEST. 2-The NCS Register Software Shall ask for the PIN Code you may ignore this Message. 3- The complete software installation may take 10-30 minutes depending on the speed of you internet

Normally installation of TLA(D) automatically determine the installations. But if it does not work properly then check your computer according to the following scenarios.
You must have Windows and MS Office on your computer to be able to use TLA.
